How the programme works
We specialise in using learning methods quite unlike any other leadership programme. Our programme is both academic and practical, drawing from the key principles of emotional and social intelligence. We have designed a learning pathway that enables participants to look much more deeply into, and recognise the importance of, their 'state of mind' when leading a team of people.
